The EU head start event has already started for people who pre-ordered the game. If you're not in game and you playing in EU, you're missing out!
As for NA, the event will start 8am PST tomorrow, so set your alarm clocks!
For the NA players, you can go to this website to see how much time is left until the event starts in case you get confused with timezones (which I often do and can't be bothered with timezone conversions).
